How to get your daily vegan omega 3 fix in this simple delicious juice recipe!

Are you vegan? Do you struggle to get your daily omega 3 essential fats and iron? This is my simple recipe for a juice which is delicious and very nutritious ensuring your daily omega3 needs are met, along with RDA of vitamin C and iron...….. Spirulina is an algae and packed with omega 3 and iron, whilst kiwi fruit is high in vitamin C which helps the body absorb the iron. As the spirulina tastes a little like the sea, I've incorporated coconut water which is perfect for rehydration in the morning and lime juice containing vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant, to help balance the flavour! Kiwi, spirulina, coconut water, lime juice...
Omega 3 packed vegan morning juice!

Recipe:

1 x organic kiwi fruit

Juice of 1 x lime

Small glass of coconut water

3 x teaspoons organic spirulina powder (start with 1-2 and gradually build up)

Wizz everything up in a blender and enjoy!
